The Canadian Border Services Agency announced it seized nearly 770 pounds of cocaine from two trucks attempting to cross the Blue Water Bridge last month.
A news release states the first truck was caught on Aug. 13 as it was undergoing a secondary examination while entering Canada from the United States. The release states officers found six boxes they suspected contained cocaine. The drugs were weighed at 331 pounds. The drugs had an estimated value of $18.8 million.
