CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A man accused of stabbing a woman in Chesapeake on Wednesday is now facing a charge of aggravated malicious wounding, police said.
The suspect, identified as 19-year-old Kaden Taylor Noe of Chesapeake, was taken into custody in Moyock, North Carolina, after a standoff with Currituck County deputies. According to Chesapeake police, Noe is currently in custody receiving medical treatment for self-inflicted injuries sustained prior to his arrest.
Once he is released from the hospital, he will be booked into the Chesapeake City Jail. Police said his mugshot will be released once available.
