ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A Marietta man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a deadly fentanyl overdose, according to police.

Police said Tyler Hass, 27, died of a fentanyl overdose on Sept. 1, 2024. Grant Mull was eventually identified as the drug dealer who supplied Hass with the drugs. He was arrested last month.

Mull, 27, is being charged with felony aggravated involuntary manslaughter for fentanyl overdose death. He is currently being held without bond.

According to police, it may be “the first case of this type in Cobb County history.”
