Emma Heming Willis appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s podcast on Tuesday to discuss her new book, “The Unexpected Journey: Finding Hope and Purpose on the Caregiving Path.” Article content Article content

The book is about her experience navigating her husband’s caregiving after being given a pamphlet by doctors and told to follow up in a few months. Willis was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in February 2023 following an initial diagnosis of aphasia in the spring of 2022.
