WOODBURN, Ore. — A former Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) employee has been arraigned after a grand jury indicted her on multiple charges stemming from an investigation from the Oregon State Police and Oregon Department of Justice.
On Wednesday, Cherie MacDougall, 42, was arraigned in Marion County Circuit Court on a grand jury indictment charging her with three counts of supplying contraband, three counts of conspiracy to supply contraband, two counts of first-degree custodial sexual misconduct and two counts of felon in possession of a firearm. It is unclear whether MacDougall entered a plea because court documents are sealed.
