Jauan Jennings and the 49ers have come to an agreement to rework his contract to add play-time incentives that can boost his potential 2025 earnings.
The Niners agreed to add $3 million in play-time incentives that would increase his earnings to as much as $10.5 million, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter .
The NFL insider reported that talks between the receiver and the 49ers had picked up after he recovered from his calf injury and that he had turned down a multiyear deal in order to figure out a one-year agreement, which would still make him a free agent after this season.
