Sale of pub blocked by court amid dispute over appointment of receiver

The planned receivership sales of a pub, a café and three industrial units for a combined €1.25m has been halted by the High Court.

The orders came in legal proceedings taken by Co Louth businessman Peter Moore against investment fund Everyday Finance, credit servicer BCM Global and receiver David O’Connor of BDO.
