The Crooked Tree Arts Center has completed a major theater lighting upgrade.

The project was made possible by a $15,000 grant from the Michigan Arts and Culture Council, a $10,000 grant from the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation and a $3,000 grant from Great Lakes Energy’s People Fund, according to a community announcement.

The funding supported the transition to energy-efficient LED lighting in the 220-seat theater, enhancing performance quality, sustainability and long-term operational savings.
