CALEDONIA — Dick Thomas has been taking photographs of all kinds for more than 50 years.

The longtime Caledonia resident will explore that journey in a new exhibition of his work, “Connections: My Journey of Enrichment Through Photography,” opening Friday at the Village Gallery, 3119 Main St., Caledonia. An opening reception is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m.
