CRANFORD, New Jersey (WABC) -- Sometimes town hall meetings can go off the rails.
In the Town of Cranford in New Jersey, a town council candidate pulled out some break dancing moves to protest property tax hikes.
Town hall members say they are very familiar with Will Thilly's antics.
"Why did our taxes go up so much? We were told the referendum would raise each household $400 a bank and mine went up about $900 bucks," Thilly said. "What actual expenses were incurred by the schools that weren't told to the public when we voted on that referendum?"
After Thilly moonwalked away, one official thanked him for his "interpretive dance."
