RICHMOND, Va. (WDBJ/Virginia Lottery Release) - Four Powerball tickets bought in Virginia for Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing are worth $50,000 each, according to Virginia Lottery . That’s out of 175,766 tickets bought in the Commonwealth.

Since no ticket in Virginia or anywhere else matched all six numbers, the jackpot for the Saturday, September 6, drawing grows to an estimated $1.7 billion .

The four $50k tickets each matched four of the first five winning numbers plus the Powerball number. They were bought at:

Stop In Food Store, 856 Burks Hill Road, Bedford

Wawa, 9471 Liberia Avenue, Manassas
