Devices that steal card details have been found on several cash machines in a Leicestershire town. Leicestershire Police has warned people to stay vigilant when using the machines.

The force said yesterday (Wednesday, September 3) that multiple machines in the Wigston area had been "tampered with" by crooks. It also said that reports of such crimes had increased across Leicestershire.

Some of the crooks' devices have also been found to "trap" people's cards. . We asked the force for the locations of the machines tampered with in Wigston , but no details were provided.
