A final land development plan for a massive warehouse complex , proposed in early 2023, was recommended by the Watts Township Planning Commission on Valentine’s Day 2024.

But around 18 months have passed, and the final land development plan to build the Susquehanna Crossings project, which includes an 818,544-square-foot warehouse/distribution center and an adjacent 1,128,544-square-foot warehouse/distribution center on a property along Amity Road in Watts Township, has yet to be approved by township supervisors.

That delay will continue for at least another three months.
