You would think because the Ravens organization is much wiser then their counterparts with the Orioles (with better people running things) that they wouldn’t make the same stupid mistakes as the O’s. Yet the Ravens knew 100% that cornerback Jaire Alexander had chronic knee problems and that was the reason that the Green Bay Packers released him ( “Ravens CB Jaire Alexander returns to practice ahead of opener against Bills,” Sept. 3).

Now I am going to ask the same question that I asked when Orioles general manager Mike Elias signed outfielder Tyler O’Neill after he had been on the disabled list multiple times with knee problems prior to signing with the Orioles.
