NEELYVILLE, Mo. (WSIL) -- One person was seriously injured after a crash involving a motorcycle on Wednesday in Butler County.

Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) said the crash happened on September 3, at 5:35 p.m., along US 67 in Neelyville.

State police said a 27-year-old man was driving a 2008 Yamaha FZ6 going south when it crashed into the rear of a 2005 Chevrolet 3500, driven by a 46-year-old man from Neelyville.

MSHP said the driver of the Yamaha was seriously injured and flown to Region One Health in Memphis.
