DARROW, La. (WAFB) - A 17-year-old is now behind bars in connection with a shooting in Darrow.
The shooting happened on Thursday, August 28, at a residence on Brown Extension Road.

Deputies said on arrival, they located a victim, identified as Tyjon Comery, 18, with apparent gunshot wounds.
During an investigation, deputies were able to develop Peyton Jackson, 17, as a suspect in the homicide. Deputies added that Jackson was a close acquaintance of Comery.
Jackson is charged with second-degree murder, obstruction of justice, and illegal use of weapons.
He was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail.
This is an ongoing investigation.
