EXCLUSIVE : Management company Evoke Entertainment has signed a slew of new writer clients.

The company, formerly known as Cartel Entertainment, has signed Coven Academy showrunners Todd Slavkin and Darren Swimmer , My Oxford Year writer Allison Burnett , Outlander writer Barbara Stepansky and Coach Prime director Micah Brown for representation.

Slavkin and Swimmer are currently running Coven Academy, which was recently ordered to series by Disney+ and the Disney Channel. They were previously showrunners of Hulu’s The Mysterious Benedict Society . They have worked on series including Shadowhunters, Smallville and Melrose Place 2.0, having begun their careers in features, writing Control , starring Ray Liotta, Willem Dafoe and Michelle Rodriguez.
