This is the moment a hooligan attempts a "kung fu-style" kick on a fellow pub-goer. However, Nicholas Roberts missed his target and tumbled over, leading to what a judge described as the "farcical" beginning of a more serious altercation. ‌

Roberts' mates mistakenly believed that his intended victim, Sam Stenner , had caused Roberts to fall. This misunderstanding sparked a brawl at The Clwyd Arms on Chester Road West in Shotton on December 22, 2022. ‌
