OTTAWA – The Canadian Agricultural Safety Association (CASA) wants to remind anyone working around grain about the importance of prioritizing safety.
CASA launched Be Grain Safe in 2017, an August public safety campaign developed in response to increased grain entrapment fatalities. It provides prevention education, rescue training for firefighters and on-site workplace training to heighten awareness about grain hazards.
