Fire marshal shuts down Dollar General in Henderson

HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) - The Dollar General on North Green Street in Henderson is closed, and workers tell us it could be for a few days.

A sign on the door shows the store was shut down by the fire marshal due to a “safety hazard.”

Workers say they already had too much inventory, and then another truck came, forcing them to put more inventory in the aisles.

They tell us it will be a few days before they can get things sorted out.
