A Bellevue resident has been ordered to serve at least five years in state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking heroin and possessing methamphetamine following a narcotics investigation that uncovered significant quantities of drugs at his home.
Joseph Grant Moran, 65, was arrested and charged in January 2024 after detectives with the Blaine County Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant on his home. Police seized 15.4 grams of heroin, 28 grams of meth and about 8 grams of cocaine, along with four firearms, digital scales and several other meth “rocks,” according to officer testimony.
