Mandatory evacuation issued for Arvada neighborhood due to fire

DENVER (KDVR) — The Arvada Police Department said fire agencies have full containment of a fire after reporting that the agency was working to evacuate homes near West 84th Ave and Quaker Circle.

At least three different agencies, including the Arvada Police Department and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, are on the scene of a "large house" or "grass fire."

"Residents off of 84th Place at Quaker Circle and Quartz Street are under mandatory evacuation.
