NEW ALBANY, Ind. —

A New Albany business owner is facing a murder charge after police say he tried to have a former motorcycle gang member killed.

Henry Bachmann was arrested for conspiracy to commit murder. He is the owner of North Star Tattoo.

Shots were fired at a business in downtown New Albany around 11 a.m. on May 13. A bystander in a barbershop was injured in the shooting.

One business owner says he heard the shots.

"We heard like five or six pop sounds. At first I assumed that was the construction going on next door," said Dustin Wilhite.
