In a 23-page report from the city’s new integrity commissioner David G. Boghosian, he wrote Dupelle breached Section 6.3 (c) of the city’s Code of Conduct for Members of Council and Local Boards by not completing cybersecurity training in a prescribed amount of time, as per the city’s Cybersecurity Policy. Boghosian recommended Dupelle be reprimanded for this breach, with no additional penalty. Article content
