The devastated mum of a young girl who died from an unknown illness has hit out after delays to an inquest mean she will have waited over four years for answers before the case is heard.
Lauren Marsh, 33, has endured a painful wait after her daughter Bonnie tragically died aged just four in December 2021.
The youngster, who had just started school , had ended up in hospital twice with vomiting and fainting, before she collapsed on a third visit and could not be resuscitated.
The formal inquest into her death at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital was originally scheduled for July 2025, but was later postponed until October due to witnesses being unavailable.
