ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Tyrese Williams, 18, Lania Schuelke, 21, and Jamarion Ceaser, 18, for allegedly having weapons and drugs inside a vehicle.
On September 3, around 10 p.m., officers were patrolling the area of East State and 3rd Streets when they saw a grey Nissan Altima run a red light.
When authorities approached the car, a K9 on scene sensed and alerted officers to drugs and weapons being in the area.
Officials searched the car and found two handguns without serial numbers and ecstasy pills, according to court records.
Schuelke is charged with two counts of aggravated unlawful possession of ammunition and two counts of aggravated unlawful possession of a loaded firearm without a FOID card.
Williams is charged with two counts of possession of a firearm
