CORVALLIS — The Oregon State football team’s top cornerback has been accused of domestic violence by a former girlfriend.
Katherine Daniella Rodriguez, an Oregon State senior, alleges that Beavers sophomore Exodus Ayers physically abused her during their seven-month relationship, according to a police report filed with the Corvallis Police Department this week.
She also petitioned Benton County for a stalking protective order that named Ayers, which was temporarily granted on Aug. 6 by Benton County Circuit Court Judge Joan Demarest, according to documents obtained by The Oregonian/OregonLive.
