LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A celebration happening in Little Rock Thursday marked not just one, but two milestones.

Capital Glass is turning 75 years old and just days later its founder Jack Grimes will celebrate his 100th birthday.

To honor both occasions, the team at Capital Glass held a special event at their shop Thursday afternoon.

It was a chance to recognize a century of life and three quarters of a century in business.

"We're looking forward to doing it for another 25 to 50 years and passing it on to the fourth generation,” Aaron Grimes said. “I've got a son that just turned six and a daughter that's three and a half and another daughter that's 18 actually, so hopefully we're still here for the next generation to take over and we're going to continue to try and provide the best glass
