SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Lawmakers now know exactly what they will be voting on when they reconvene for the September 23 special session.

Just two pages for lawmakers who have not been following the steps of the task force closely to look over and act on when they go to Pierre.

All in all, the bill falls in line closely with what the task force suggested, which was for the prison to be built at the Benson Road site in Sioux Falls, settles the land swap for the previously proposed prison site in Lincoln County to the same party that sold the Benson Site land, and ensures that the prison costs no more than $650 million.
