BUFFALO, N.Y. — Antoinette Radford is no longer listed as principal of King Center Charter School in Buffalo.
She and a small group of plaintiffs hired a law firm to argue that the board of executives didn't follow their bylaws when making critical decisions, including terminating Radford and hiring a new principal.
Attorney Jennifer Schwartzott represents the defendants. She believes this is a matter for SUNY, not the courts.
"SUNY is the right entity to consider this and the law is very clear," she said.
