LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Organizers say a project is designed to showcase art and create a path for creativity across Lake Charles.
Today at a ribbon cutting, the ribbon came down, and a redesigned Ten Pin Alley was unveiled in downtown Lake Charles with new artwork, including three Gators on the Geaux.
The alley, located behind the Cathedral Church, has a history dating to the fire of 1910 that leveled much of Lake Charles.
Payton Lundmark, director of cultural affairs for Lake Charles, explains the history.
