ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Construction of the future Mountain View Upper Elementary reached a big milestone on Thursday. Crews placed the highest beam into position, marking the start of the next phase of the project.

ACPS joined the construction crews during a ceremony on Thursday.
