Square dancing

PITTSFORD — The Cast Off 8’s Square Dance Club offer beginner square dance sessions from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, beginning Sept. 10, at Lothrop Elementary School Gym in Pittsford.

Sessions are taught in 10-week segments, with simple moves introduced gradually. Participants are encouraged to wear whatever they’re comfortable dancing in, jeans and sneakers welcome.
