MADISON, Wis. -- After an unfortunate loss to LSU last week, the Wisconsin women's soccer team was in need of a bounce back and they got one Thursday against Northern Illinois.

Three different Badgers found the net in a 3-0 win where the visiting Huskies never looked threatening.

Sophomore Jenna Bauman opened the scoring just 10 minutes into the match. She appeared to whip in a cross from the lefthand wing, but the ball took a beneficial turn and wound up in the back of the net.

Just 3 minutes later, Brooke Allen doubled Wisconsin's lead. She latched onto a pass played over the top, forced a breakaway, rounded the goalkeeper and fired the ball home.
