UPDATE: 9:00 PM - The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services have confirmed one person has died from Legionnaire's Disease in Iowa.

The death was part of a cluster of the disease found in North Central Marshalltown that is currently under investigation.

The victim was an older adult with underlying health conditions. Health officials say Legionnaire's Disease is not contagious and most healthy people exposed to the bacteria don't get sick.
