CHEYENNE — Three-year-old Oakley Wardell is nothing if not adorable.

At least, that’s what everybody tells her parents, Levi and Shelby Wardell of Cheyenne.

Levi Wardell had never intended to enter either of his daughters in any pageants or contests. But when he found out about the nationwide Toddler of the Year contest through a Mario Lopez advertisement, he decided to enter both Oakley and his other daughter, Tatum, into it. However, Tatum didn’t advance as far as Oakley.

Toddler of the Year is a contest powered by Colossal, a nationally registered professional fundraiser, that partners with Hasbro, Play-Doh and Peppa Pig.
