JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) - Two Hy-Vee employees in eastern Iowa are being recognized for outstanding customer service with the company’s top honor.

On Thursday, two employees were surprised with the 2025 Hy-Vee Legendary Customer Service Award - the company’s highest recognition for going above and beyond to serve customers.

Ann Morris has been a delivery driver at the Waterfront store in Iowa City for over 25 years.

She is known for her dedication and energetic personality who always sees a task through to completion. She succeeds at anticipating customer needs and solving problems proactively.
