Employees of a car wash were detained by federal agents Thursday during an immigration enforcement operation in Chino Hills.

Federal agents carried out the operation around 11 a.m. at the Chino Hills Car Wash on 14694 Pipeline Avenue, according to an immigrant advocacy group.

Jose, the manager of the car wash, says at least five of his employees were detained by immigration enforcement agents.

Cellphone video shows multiple federal agents being asked to leave the establishment.

NBCLA has reached out to ICE for comment on the operation, but has not received a response.
