Endico Potatoes Inc. is recalling its Endico brand frozen Peas and Carrots and Mixed Vegetables due to fears the products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Numerous recalls have been initiated this year due to the potential for damaged products, foodborne illness, contamination and undeclared food allergens.
