September 2025 highlights include new eateries and a watering hole in Savannah, plans for a cookbook store and events celebrating food and community.
Chef Kyle Jacovino opened his much-anticipated Lucia Pasta Bar in late August in Savannah’s historic Starland Dairy, around the corner from Jacovino’s Pizzeria Vittoria Napoletana at Starland Yard.
“Every chef has a dream restaurant and I can honestly say this is ours!” Jacovino posted on Instagram when he announced the opening. “Lucia has been a long time coming, but we finally made it.”
