After warm front late Thursday night into Friday brings a brief chance of showers, expect a warm and humid stretch Friday into Saturday. Scattered thunderstorms, a few possibly strong, may develop Saturday afternoon and evening with a passing cold front. Behind it, cooler and drier weather settles in Sunday through much of next week, with crisp mornings and comfortable afternoons. Highs return to the low/mid-70s with lows dipping into the 40s and 50s early next week, before moderating slightly again by midweek.
