One of the biggest names at Sportsnet is moving on from the company.

“After a combined 17 years at The Score and Sportsnet, my chapter at Rogers Sports and Media has come to a close,” Donnovan Bennett wrote today on X.

Bennett’s LinkedIn places him starting at now-defunct The Score television network in 2006, which was handed over to Rogers in 2013 in one of the biggest acquisitions in the Canadian sports media scene .

While the app and website remained separate media brands that were not part of that acquisition, The Score ‘s television wing eventually became Sportsnet 360, with some of its personalities like Bennett ultimately used throughout all of Sportsnet’s properties.
