SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - It was a mild, muggy and damp start out there after we had a few showers and downpours move through overnight.

A cold front brought this rain overnight, and that front fell apart as it passed through, meaning today we will remain warm and humid.

As we dry out this morning with a lot of clouds around, we will gradually become sunnier. This afternoon features a mix of sun and clouds with highs ranging in the low to mid-80’s. We’ll also be on the muggier side, so a summertime-feel returns for today. Winds today out of the south, around 5-15 mph.

Tonight, we’re mostly clear, warm and muggy with a southerly breeze. Lows falling to around 62-68°.
