MILTON — “Harvesting Tomorrow’s Leaders” is the theme for the 49th Annual Milton Harvest Festival running Saturday to Sept. 13.
Sandwiched between two Saturdays, the annual festival both opens and closes with an arts and crafts/food vendor day featuring more than 140 vendors. In between there’s a bike race, a pet parade, a concert in the park, the Princess, Little Miss/Jr. Miss Pageant; a pumpkin roll, a scarecrow patch (a scarecrow decorating contest), Boogie on Bound, an evening of music and food vendors; and the Tomato Bowl featuring the Milton Black Panthers vs. South Williamsport.
