KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Seven Frontier Conference teams remained on the list in the first regular season NAIA Women’s Volleyball Top 25 Poll, the national office announced Wednesday morning.
Four teams were listed inside the Top 25 poll, while three other teams were listed in the receiving votes section.
Two Frontier teams were listed in the NAIA’s Top 10 — No. 3 Bellevue (Nebraska) and No. 5 Providence.
The top-ranked team was Eastern Oregon (8-0) with 507 points and 17 first-place votes. Concordia (Nebraska), with a 7-1 record, was ranked second.
Bellevue (4-1) amassed 475 points and one-first-place vote, despite its season opener 3-2 setback to current No. 10 ranked College of Idaho (6-1). On Aug. 29, the Bruins earned a 3-0 sweep over the defending national champion and No. 7 Indiana
