Free weekend buses will run to Marshall Mountain from downtown Missoula and the University of Montana for the next two months, under a pilot project announced Thursday by Mountain Line.
The temporary bus route will run hourly from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 13 through Oct. 26. The bus, outfitted with a special bike trailer, can take up to 16 passengers and up to 16 bicycles to the former ski hill, and also includes stops at the Sha-Ron fishing access site in East Missoula.
