MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle Rejects CNBC Host’s ‘Good News’ Over Dismal Jobs Report

MSNBC senior business analyst Stephanie Ruhle threw cold water on the suggestion that there’s a silver lining when it comes to Friday’s dismal job growth report and what it means for the overall state of the economy.
It was the first jobs report since President Donald Trump fired Erika McEntarfer, the former chief statistician of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the numbers weren’t good.
Just 22,000 jobs were added in August, much fewer than the projected 75,000.
CNBC host Andrew Ross Sorkin tried to put a positive spin on the situation when talking with Jonathan Lemire.
“It’s like bad news is good news, good news is bad news,” Sorkin beg
