Approved: 205 Arcadia Drive annexation, rezoning
The commission considered the annexation and rezoning of 26.58 acres of real property and 10.08 acres of right-of-way at 205 Arcadia Drive, the Operations and Management Center for Greenlink. This item would rezone the area from an R-7.5 (Single-family residential district) in the county to a CV (Civic District) in the city of Greenville.
The area is just north of the Brutontown and North Main neighborhoods.
