DENVER (KDVR) -- A driver accused of shooting a construction worker in Adams County during an argument over speeding earlier this week is facing charges of felony menacing and first-degree assault.
The suspect, identified as Isiah Small, 21, is accused of shooting the construction worker near 62nd Avenue and Broadway on Monday morning after the Adams County Sheriff's Office says the two got into an argument about speed in a construction zone.
The sheriff's office said Small got out of his car and, following an altercation, allegedly pulled a gun and shot the construction worker in the leg. The victim was able to take a picture of Small's license plate, which was later flagged in the county's FLOCK Camera System.
Deputies were then able to locate the vehicle and detained Small at his res
