Taylor Swift will not be attending the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards this weekend.

Page Six confirmed that the “Cruel Summer” singer will be a no-show at this year’s ceremony at New York’s UBS Arena Sunday.

Swift, 35, is nominated for the coveted artist of the year award — going up against Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, Morgan Wallen and The Weeknd.

The pop star notably attended last year’s ceremony and took home seven Moon Person trophies for her 2024 “The Tortured Poets Department “album.

She even gave a sweet shout-out to her now-fiancé Travis Kelce while accepting the award for video of the year for her and Post Malone’s “Fortnight” collaboration.
